I have come this far
by Faith
because I am Faith.
I am not perfect
Nor ever will be
I’m only getting better
And wiser
About life itself.
I have come this far
by Hope
because I am Hope.
Why Hope? Because life
Happens in cycles.
There’s always
A birth, growth, decay then death.
And then there’s always birth again
perhaps
in new form, but always one.
I have come this far
By Love and for Love.
Love is all there is.
It’s Love
In each one of us that
Animates and keeps us going.
Thus, love is in me now.
So this moment
I give thanks
for Faith, Hope and Love
And
For coming this far.
