Healing and kind words uplift.
Smile often.
Gossip tears down and destroys.
What we see in others,
we have that part in us.
Know and love yourself
and honor others.
Soul to soul, words are felt and heard.
Distance, time and space carries the vibration
of either loving and caring words or discordant ones.
What is it within me
that I need to correct first?
On a soul and physical level,
words are powerful.
Seek the higher path
and use words of kindness and healing.
