In the Spirit of Victory

It was brought to my attention yesterday that intention is needed moreso in my life.

What do I intend to bring about?

What do I intend to bring into my world?

Do I wish beauty, peace and happiness?  Then I must intend it to be so!

How do I feel when I intend?  Where does this intention come from?

Let us understand the word intention as defined in Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary:

Definition of intention*

1:a determination to act in a certain way :resolve
3a :what one intends to do or bring about
b :the object for which a prayer, mass, or pious act is offered
4:a process or manner of healing of incised wounds
5:concept; especially :a concept considered as the product of attention directed to an object of knowledge
intentions plural :purpose with respect to marriage

Derivation of the word Intention: Middle English: from Old French entent, entente, based on Latin intendere (see intend). The adjective is from Latin intentus, past participle of intendere .

So it is a determination, a resolve to bring about certain conditions in my life that is needed.

Lesson re-learned: I must exercise my mind/heart to bring forth that which I desire just like I must exercise my core physical muscles in my solar plexus to hold me upright.  And not just flexing my ‘muscles’ for 2 minutes!

This core foundation must be stable and secure.  And this foundation is inspired by that Force, that Source, that Principle, that Love within me which is propelling an impulse for intention.  This impulse then is intention’s origination.  I AM (that Source or Spirit within me) bringing forth into my world that which I desire.  And that which I desire for myself and others are only good effects; effects which can be easily experienced by others including myself.

It is then in the Spirit of Victory I AM come to do thy will…to help, to beautify, to call forth the solutions to life that are in abundance everywhere I AM.
